The registration is now only possible at the registration counter in the congress center.

Registration Fees

Registration Fee for Members:
107 € for registrations before 31 March 2017, 125 € for later registrations
(for members of the societies BIB, VDB, ALBAD, ALA, BIS, BVS, BVÖ, VÖB)


Registration Fee for Non-Member:

214 € for registrations before 31 March 2017, 250 € for later registrations


Reduced Registration Fee:

47 € for registrations before 31 March 2017, 55 € for later registrations
(for trainees, students, unemployed collegues and the retired; a prrof has to be sent with the registration)

 

Day-Tickets will also be available:
Day-Ticket for Member: 67 € for registrations before 31 March 2017, 77 € for later registrations
Day-Tickets for Non-Member: 117 € for registrations before 31 March 2017, 127 € for later registrations

 

The ticket for the public transportation system (RMV) in the city of Frankfurt including airport as well as Offenbach is included in the registration fees. The ticket is valid from 30 May to 02 June 2017.

Name Badge

The name badge has to be worn all times during the congress. The badge entitle you for the free entrance to all session rooms, the exhibition hall and the opening session with Get Together.

In addition the name badge also serves as ticket for the public transportation system for the city of Frankfurt (including airport) and Offenbach.

If you loose the name badge, a fee of 45 € has to be charged for issuing a replacement badge.
