The Exhibition and Sponsorship Ordering System (ESOS®) is an online system whereby companies can book exhibition space and sponsorship items. It is also possible to purchase services and items for exhibition space including furniture, technical equipmenent, decorations, installations and cleaning. Register now.

Exhibition

The exhibition takes place at Hall 5.1 in the Congress Center. It will open from Tuesday, 30 May, 12:00 noon until Friday, 02 June, 12:30 pm. The exhibition forms the hub of the Congress and provides an excellent opportunity for attendees to interact with exhibitors and familiarise themselves with the latest advances and innovations. In addition to the commercial exhibits, the sessions at the Podium der Verbände, the professional poster area and dedicated catering points will be provided to ensure maximum participant footfall through the Exhibition.
The early fee (valid until 09 December) is 195 €/m², after that date the rate is 220 €/m². If you like to receive the exhibitor brochure with further information please send us an e-mail.

The exhibition space will be assigned on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Therefore secure your exhibition space now through our Exhibition and Sponsorship Ordering System (ESOS®).

The Advisory Board of Exhibitors, launched in 2013, acts in the interests of all exhibitors during the congress. The Board as representative operates between the congress organizers and the exhibitors to work together as partners in the future.
